Colored Bubbles and its affiliates (collectively, "Colored Bubbles") expressly disclaim any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and consequential damages, arising from the use of Colored Bubbles products during hockey activity.

This disclaimer includes, but is not limited to, any injuries sustained by players, spectators, or officials; damage to hockey equipment or arena property; and any other losses or damages that may occur as a result of the use of Colored Bubbles products during hockey activity.

By using Colored Bubbles products during hockey activity, you acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with such use, including the risk of injury. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colored Bubbles and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of Colored Bubbles products during hockey activity.
